  • Can I order online and pick up at your store?

    Absolutely, majority of our customers like to touch, feel and try our resources, so message us to make an appointment to visit our Tumbi Umbi shop.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Prompt Education have eftpos facilities, including American Express, Paypal, Cash and Direct Deposit.  If you are a school or child care centre we can send you an invoice with the goods and a 14 day terms.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Yes, for faulty items, we do NOT refund for change of mind but if our products are faulty we will either happily replace or refund.

  • Can I use my Creative Kids Vouchers on any items?

    The Creative Kids Vouchers may only be used for the two Creative Kids Kits that Prompt Education have had approved by Service NSW.  We cannot transfer the payment to other providers once they have been processed.
